Our research explores and validates innovative integrated approaches such as Lean Construction, Project Production Management (PPM), Advanced Work Packaging (AWP), Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), and emerging digital technologies including AI and data-driven platforms.

The construction industry continues to face persistent productivity gaps, cost overruns, and fragmented collaboration across project phases. Studies show that productivity growth in construction has been stagnant for decades compared to manufacturing and other sectors.
